Waterjet cutting is an extremely versatile method of manufacturing. It can cut a broad range of materials such as glass, stone, plastics, composites, foam, food, 12" thick materials, carbon fiber, fiberglass and, of course, wood can easily be cut with a waterjet. Even when cutting soft materials like wood, a smooth edge quality can be achieved. Cutting dovetail joints out of wood to make a box is no problem with the advantages of a 5-axis waterjet cutting head. Every day, waterjets are proving themselves as quality and quick solutions for newly discovered applications.

I am an artist, and this machine makes me drool. The amount of material that it can cut with precision is amazing. I will work to one day own one of these and be able to create using materials that I never could have imagined you could route into. Very nice.
