JXL-86 Waterjet Ready to Ship!

Another WARDJet waterjet is shipping today – the JXL-86. This high speed (up to 2500 ipm), pure water cutting system features an XL-Controller, 8’ X 6’ cutting envelope, Pinch Roller and Chain Feed System.  All of these features/options completely automate the process of loading material, cutting parts and then moving the material outside of the cutting envelope to be offloaded.  For more information on the J-Series, please visit: http://www.wardjet.com/jseries.html

Training for a JXL-68 Waterjet Cutting System as it is built 10 ft. away

At WARDJet training plays a major roll in helping you get the most out of your new waterjet system. You can get hands-on experience before your waterjet is even installed on your floor. With employees that have years and years of experience in the waterjet industry and an open book policy our training is an incredibly valuable asset. JXL-86 High Speed, Pure Water, Waterjet Cutting System

We are currently in the process of building a JXL-86 with an off-loading platform and pinch roller.  It will feature a chain feed system and XL-Controller. This automated system is generating a lot of interest and has proven itself to be a great solution for higher speed water only applications.
